This family-friendly hotel is quaint with really helpful and top-class staff. The room is functional and beautifully maintained with comfortable bed, everything is fine.

For me it was a good small and reasonably priced place to stay. I liked configuration of the standard twin room. Useful team, they made me feel welcome. The breakfast was savoury and in such a comfy dining area. This hotel had a central position to the nishiki market. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Kyoto: )

The location was central, short walk to subway station and bus station, and too many entertainment options at night. It also was super near the tourist attractions.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the Nishiki market, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was tasty, the check in was early. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were clean and bright. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was APPETISING.

I recently stayed at Nijojo Shinnsenen No Yado and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful, assisting us in planning our itinerary for exploring the city. The room itself was great, with a comfortable bed, nice amenities like Shiseido beauty products, and even complimentary pajamas. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of food and was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at Nijojo Shinnsenen No Yado. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, caring and provided useful info sheets in English for Kyoto visitors. The leisure area was a great addition, and I enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. The hotel also offered 24/7 access to a microwave, coffee machine, and soup machine. I also appreciated the eco option for housekeeping, as it allowed me to receive tokens to exchange for drinks at the hotel's own vending machine. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to buses and subways to explore Kyoto.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the breakfast was full and satisfying. I also appreciated the fact that there were hot drinks, juices, and soups available at all times.

The room was quite small with no room to unpack and put the luggage. Additionally, the bathroom roof was low, which made it uncomfortable for taller guests.
